". 1 managers. As T visit to various markets, the
2 conversation —— I would either initiate the conversation or
3 the conversation would come up from client managers.
4 Q. Okay.
5 A. So innumerable, numerous times.
6 Q. Okay. Did you get any feedback from client
7 managers? I
8 A. Certainly. Particularly —— initially there was a
9 sense of frustration from the client managers, and they felt
l0 as though they had been demoted or there was a change in
11 professionalism with respect to their —— their jobs and
12 responsibilities, and so it was important to help them
13 understand that their job wasn’t demoted or lessened in any
14 which way. In fact, in a real sense their pay remained the _
l5 same and the corporation was now allowing them the benefit
16 of overtime for hours worked over 40.
17 Q. So they were still getting their compensation that "
18 they were receiving before the reclassification; correct?
19 A. Correct.
20 Q. And there wasn*t any change in the incentive
21 compensation, as well?
22 A. Correct.
23 Q. Okay. And there wasn't any change in their job
24 responsibilities, was there?
25 A. Their job responsibilities, no.
