DEPOSITION OF THERESE M. KREBSZBACH — 3/27/06 B2
l vacation in my group and I was the backup client manager
2 for their portfolio plus my portfolio.
3 Q. But what was the process to obtain approval to
4 write down?
5 A. To go to Lynn and say, "I need to put extra time _
6 on my sheet." Or through Cheryl to Lynn, depended on if
7 Lynn was there or not to obtain the approval to put extra
8 time on your time sheet.
9 Q. And this was all done verbally?
l0 A. Uh—huh.
ll Q. Nothing ——
l2 A. Yes.
I 13 Q. —— ever put in writing?
ld A. No.
15 Q. On how many occasions did you go to either Lynn
16 or Sherry and ask for approval to record more than four
17 hours of overtime? ,
18 A. I couldn't even begin to guess. I don‘t know. l
19 Q. Did you ever?
20 A. Yes.
21 Q. Did they ever tell you not to ~— strike that.
22 Did they ever reject your request for
23 approval to record more than four hours of overtime?
24 A. I don't recall. I typically didn‘t record much
25 more than that, so I don't know that I remember that

1 happening.
2 Q. Do you know how many —— strike that.
3 Bo you know between March 1 of 2002 and
Q March 3l of 2003 how many overtime hours you believe you
5 worked that you did not record?
6 A. I could go back and calculate it. I don‘t know
7 off the top of my head.
8 Q. How would you go about calculating it?
9 A. Because I know my average workweek was 60 hours.
l0 Q. Every week?
ll A. Yes.
12 Q. So then your unrecorded overtime would be
13 whatever the difference is between 60 hours a week and
14 whatever you wrote on your time sheet?
15 A. Yes. And there were weeks it could have been
16 more than 60 hours.
17 Q. Was that frequent? ,
18 A. Based on the goals going up, yes, it could
19 happen.
20 Q. Let's take a look at some of these time sheets,
21 and there are Bates numbers in the lower right hand
22 corner. So it you could turn to what's been numbered
23 PD00701.
24 is this your time sheet for the pay period
25 June 1 through June 15, 2002?
