You may consider the results of the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's ("EEOC") determination on the plaintiff's charge of discrimination as the EEOC's preliminary conclusion after an initial review of the evidence. As the finders of fact, however, you must decide the ultimate question of liability for yourselves based upon all of the evidence presented during trial.
