On July 14, 2004, this 17 Court issued its screening order and directed Plaintiff to complete and return the service 18 packet sent by the Clerk. On July 27, 2004, this order was returned by the Post Office 19 "Return to Sender-Moved Left No Address". On November 29, 2004, the Magistrate Judge 20 issued an order advising Plaintiff to file a notice of change of address or show good cause 21 why this action should not be dismissed. On December 6, 2004, this order was also returned 22 by the Post Office. The Clerk's Office conducted a search and re-mailed the order to Plaintiff 23 at ASPC Tucson Winchester Unit, 10012 S. Wilmot Road, P.O. Box 24407, Tucson, AZ 24 85734. On December 14, 2004, Plaintiff filed a Notice of Change of Address. On April 29, 25 2005, the Magistrate Judge issued an order directing the Clerk of the Court to resend the 26 service packet, including the complaint, the July 14, 2004 order and both summons and 27 request for waiver form for Defendant Arpaio to the Plaintiff. deadlines set forth in the July 14, 2004 order shall be in effect." On November 23, 2005, the Magistrate Judge issue an order advising Plaintiff that he had 20 days from the date of the order to show good cause why this case should not be dismissed based on his failure to complete and return the service packet. Plaintiff was warned that if he failed to comply with the order his case would be dismissed. This order has not be returned by the Post Office and as of the date of this order Plaintiff has filed nothing. IT IS ORDERED dismissing this case and directing the Clerk to enter judgment.
