The Plaintiff asks the court for a twenty page extension of the page limit for her

Motion for Summary Judgment. The reason for the request is that Plaintiff's fact pattern alone consists of more than eleven pages. Plaintiff legal argument is highly fact intensive which has caused her to exceed the seventeen page limit. Plaintiff now requests no more than 20 additional pages. At the time of drafting this motion Plaintiff counsel has called Defendants counsel for his authorization, however, Defense counsel was unavailable.
