Pending before the Court is a Stipulated Motion to Clarify Judgment (Doc. #107). Plaintiff requests that the Court clarify that its March 6, 2007 Order awarding attorneys' fees to Defendants (Doc. #106) applies only to Taralyn D. Lyon, not Kenneth and Towanda Lyon. Because the Court dismissed Kenneth and Towanda Lyon in the Court's June 28, 2006 Judgment (Doc. #86), the Court will grant the stipulated motion. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED granting the Stipulated Motion to Clarify Judgment (Doc. #107).

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the Court's March 6, 2007 Order awarding $39,053 in attorneys' fees to Defendants (Doc. #106) is amended to make clear that the attorneys' fees award is against only Taralyn Lyon, and is not against Kenneth and Towanda Lyon.
