The parties hereby request that the court extend the deadlines for Defendant's Response to Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment. The parties further request the court to extend the deadlines for the parties to file their replies to the cross-motions for summary judgment regardless of the actual date responses are filed by either party. This request for extension of time is due to the conflicting schedules of counsel for the parties in addition to their planned vacations. Plaintiff's Attorney has planned his vacation from June 28, 2006 through July 13, 2006. Defendant's Attorney will be out of the office from June 29, 2006 through July 7, 2006. Based on the foregoing, it is therefore requested that the Court enter an order extending the deadline for Defendant to respond to Plaintiff's Motion for Summary Judgment to July 14, 2006 and extending the deadline for Defendant and Plaintiff to file
