The Judgment in this matter was entered on June 23, 2006. Attorneys fees are warranted pursuant to 42 U.S.C. §1988 as that statute has been applied to prevailing civil rights defendants. See Franceschi v. Schwartz, 57 F.3d 828, 832 (9th Cir. 1995). In compliance with Local Rule 54.2 Defendants will submit a
