TO THE HONORABLE JOHN W. SEDWICK, U.S. DISTRICT JUDGE: The Court Reports that it conducted a settlement conference this date and that the parties reached an agreement for the entry of a permanent injunction. With respect to the remaining issues in the case it became apparent to the undersigned that further fact finding would facilitate possible settlement of the case and that such fact finding could best and most efficiently be pursued outside the context of active litigation. Accordingly, IT IS RECOMMENDED that the Court enter an order continuing the March 30, 2006 discovery deadline for a period of ninety days to allow the parties to fully explore possible settlement.
