Under consideration is Plaintiff's Motion for Enlargement of Time, filed February 23, 2006 (#65). Plaintiff seeks a thirty day extension of time to respond to the Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment, filed October 12, 2005 (#53). Plaintiff cites as cause for the delay the fact that he is awaiting "some factual information to arrive along with applying some thoughts with the law." Defendants have not responded to the motion.

Plaintiff has had almost six months to prepare his response. A vague references to the need for factual information and thoughts about the law do not justify dragging this matter on. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Enlargement of Time, filed February 23, 2006 (#65) is DENIED. Plaintiff shall file his response to the Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment, filed October 12, 2005 (#53) within ten days of the filing of this Order.
