Final judgment having been entered, Defendant filed a Bill of Costs on April 17, 2006, seeking the taxation of $8,626.39. The matter has been reviewed and costs have been awarded as follows. 1. Court Reporter Fees - Pursuant to Local Rule LRCiv 54.1(e)(3), of the $5,619.96 claimed, only $4,977.16 is allowed. (No Signature/Filing Service, Reporting Service, ASCII, Condensed Transcript, Compressed w/Index, Reporter Attendance and NM Gross Receipts allowed.) 2. 3. Witness Fees - The $1,122.30 claimed is allowed. Exemplification Fees - Pursuant to Local Rule LRCiv 54.1 (e) (2 & 5), of the $1,884.13 claimed, only $608.05 is allowed. It is therefore ordered that $6,707.51 be taxed by the Clerk and made a part of the judgment.
