Defendant, by counsel, notifies this Court that both undersigned counsel and all of Defendant's final listed witnesses are available for a four-day trial setting between June 21, 2007, and June 29, 2007. Defendant also respectfully requests that when this Court sets a trial date, it order both parties to submit a Final Trial Witness List, with a summary of expected testimony, at least thirty days before the first day of trial. Finally, as further notice to the court in the interests of judicial economy, Plaintiff and Defendant have a telephonic conference scheduled in order to discuss issues related to the submitted Jury Instructions and Voir Dire. inspection, undersigned counsel has detected several errors in the Jury Instructions submitted by Defendant that probably were drafted before Plaintiff's true legal issue of Retaliation was fleshed out as the sole legal claim that Plaintiff has remaining.
