The Court has reviewed Plaintiff's Motion for Court for Re-Issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus Ad Testificandum for Andrew Love #176233 [doc. 195]. IT IS ORDERED denying Plaintiff's motion as moot. This Court's staff contacted the United States Marshal's Office who, in turn, verified with the Department of Corrections that the previously issued writ [doc. 181] will be executed on Andrew Love, and he will be transported to the United States courthouse on the date noted on the writ.
