18 Best Westem Intemational, Inc., ("Best Westem"), hereby submits its status report
19 regarding defendant AUM Hospitality, Inc.’s ("AUM") Chapter ll Bankruptcy
20 Proceeding.
21 The United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southem District of Texas dismissed
22 AUM’s case on December 28, 2004. On January 7, 2005, AUM filed a motion to
23 reinstate the case which, following hearing held on February 9, 2005, the court denied by
24 order dated February l0, 2005. On February 22, 2005, AUM tiled its motion requesting
25 that the court reconsider its order denying reinstatement. A hearing on AUM’s motion to
26 reconsider was held on March 31, 2005. On April ll, 2005, the court granted AUM’s

1 motion and the case was reinstated. On September 6, 2005, the court entered an order
2 approving AUM’s Second Amended Disclosure Statement and Second Amended Plan of
3 Reorganization (the "Plan"). The court will conduct a hearing on confirmation of the Plan
4 on October 3, 2005. Best Westem anticipates that the Plan will be confirmed and that its
; claims against AUM will be addressed therein.
