2 and with the agreement of Defendants’ Counsel. Plaintiff s Counsel expected to be able to

finish this project over the President’s Day weekend, but was ill and in bed on Saturday

5 and Sunday. Plaintiff moves the Court to enlarge time until Thursday, February 23, 2006
6 for both his Response to Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment and his Reply to
7 Defendant’s Response to Plaintiffs’ Motion for Summary Jud ment. This enlar ement of

time is made for good cause and not for purposes of delay.
