In re Allstate Insurance Company Fair Labor Standards Litigation

) ) )

MDL No. 1541 ALL CASES

ORDER IT IS ORDERED that Defendants' Unopposed Motion for Extension of Time for Hearing (doc. #114) is granted and that the hearing set for January 18, 2006 on Plaintiffs' Motion to Facilitate Notice (doc. #40) and on Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment on all Claims [in CV 04-0015-PHX-PGR] is vacated and is reset to Tuesday, January 24, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. in Courtroom 601 of the Sandra Day O'Connor United States Courthouse, 401 W. Washington St., Phoenix, Arizona.1

DATED this 14th day of December, 2005.

The Court notes that it will not accept in the future any request to move a hearing date based on some unidentified "prior commitment". Any such future request based on a scheduling conflict must explain what the prior commitment is and why it should take priority over the Court's calendar. The Court further notes that counsel have been placing the notation "Assigned to the Hon. Paul G. Rosenblatt[,] Dept.: 621" on their documents filed with the Court. There is, however, no such thing as a "Dept.: 621" in this Court and counsel should not place any reference to such a department on their documents.
