The court has before it the claimant Stayner's motion for return of remaining seized property (doc. 64), and the government's response. The government does not oppose the motion. Accordingly, claimant Stayner's motion for return of seized property is GRANTED (doc. 64). The United States Fish & Wildlife Service shall return to the claimant any remaining items of seized personal property in its custody. DATED this 20th day of October, 2005.
