APPEALS FOR THE NINTH CIRCUIT -
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Petitioner and Appellant
Charles F ordj our in the Above named case, hereby Appeals to the United
States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit from the final Order and
judgment denying Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus under 28 U.S.C. 2254,

denying Certificate ofAppea1ability dated on November 15, 2005 and
entered on November 18, 2005 including Motion for Reconsideration and
Miscellaneous relief . ( see Docket Number 67 ). Petitioner specially
appeals any and all decisions in this case in its entirety.
Pursuant to FRAP 4, FRAP 22(b) and FRAP 25, this Notice of
Appeal is timely tiled within thirty (30) days of the Court’s order
WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that in Good Faith and In the interest of
Justice his Motion and Notice be granted in its Entirety to prevent

miscarriage of justice at all times.
Further this court should grant any other relief that petitioner is entitled to
as Law and Justice requires and in the interest of Comity.
