Defendant, Ojukwu Hilary Onwuzulike, by and through undersigned counsel, pursuant to Fed. R. Crim. P. 46(g), hereby moves for the exoneration of: (1) the $1,000 cash surety bond signed on February 5, 2004 by Nnamdi Onwuzulike as to Ojukwu Hilary Onwuzulike. Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 46(g) calls for the exoneration of "the surety and release [of] any bail when a bond condition has been satisfied...."
