Re: United States v. Lawernce Jackson
CR-04-358-PHX-DGC
Dear Sharon K Sexton,
I have recieved your letter in which you ask me to advise you
in writing whether by my motions for new trial as well as my § 2255
motion, I intend to waive attorney/client privilege regarding my
communications with counsel.
I will allow my prior attorney to discuss on whether or not I
informed my attorney of my defense and alibi witnesses that he did
not interview and present to support my alibi at trial. However, I
do not waive attorney/client privilege as to the substance of the
conversations/communications.
I trust this response will avoid any further delay.
Sincerely
&§a€%§§ce Jackson
