Defendant John R. Wolfe, acting through counsel undersigned, hereby moves this Court for an order vacating the sentencing date of May 15, 2006, and resetting same for a period of 45 days. Defendant Wolfe's cooperation during these proceedings necessitated his sentencing to follow the trial of first-named defendants Tullo and Monteleone.

Defense counsel has been advised by AUSA Howard Sukenic of the likelihood of all defendants accepting a plea. Mr. Sukenic has been advised of defendant's motion to continue and he has no objection to a 45 day continuance of these proceedings.
