Counsel for Defendant, Allan Guttentag, hereby moves the court to withdraw from representation of Mr. Guttentag. Mr. Guttentag was sentenced by this Court on April 23, 2007. This motion is made for the reason that undersigned counsel has recently been appointed as the State Capital Post-Conviction Public Defender and has closed his private practice, effective April 30, 2007.
