COMES NOW the Defendant, Marcial Avila-Anguiano, by and
14 through undersigned counsel, and respectfully moves to continue 15 the sentencing set for December 12, 2005, for approximately thirty 16 (30) days.
Undersigned counsel did not have an opportunity to
17 meet with the Defendant and go over the presentence report with 18 him until December 6, 2005, and counsel needs time to prepare 19 Defendant's objections to the presentence report and prepare a 20 sentencing memorandum addressing proportionality. 21
