15 THE UNITED STATES ATTORNEY ALLEGES:
16 On or about May 5, 2004, at or near Phoenix, and elsewhere in the District of Arizona,
17 ERICK MONTIEL-LOPEZ, knowing and in reckless disregard of the fact that a certain alien,
18 Miguel H., had come to, entered, and remained in the United States in violation of law, did
19 knowingly conceal, harbor, and shield from detection, and attempt to conceal, harbor, and
20 shield from detection said alien in any place, including any building and any means of
21 transportation, for the purpose of commercial advantage and private financial gain.
22 In violation of Title 8, United States Code, Sections l324(a)(l)(A)(iii) and
23 l324(a)(l )(B)(i).
