Furthermore, the Defendant requests to extend the deadline for filing trial and pretrial motions. The reason for this request is that the Defense requires additional time to review the discovery and conduct her investigation. Andrea Gutierrez of the United States Attorney's Office does not have any objections with this motion. Excludable delay under 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h)(1)(F) may occur as a result of this motion or of an order based thereon.
