In light of the memorandum decision issued in ths case by the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit reversing this Court's Order that granted the government's Rule 60(b) motion, IT IS ORDERED vacating said Order. [Doc. #119] IT IS FURTHER ORDERED reinstating the Court's Order granting Defendant's Amended Motion for Recovery of Attorney's Fees and Costs and directing the government to pay Defendant's attorney fees in the amount of Seven Thousand Five Hundred ($7,500) Dollars, plus costs in the amount of Two Hundred Thirteen and 37/100 ($213.37), for a total sum of Seven Thousand Seven Hundred Thirteen and 37/100 ($7,713.37) [Doc. #113] ///
