Defendant has admitted allegations contained in Government's Petition for Revocation of Probation. The Court has considered the U.S. Sentencing Commission Chapter Seven policy statements as well as the original guideline range and the report and attachments. The Court finds defendant's probation should be revoked. IT IS ORDERED revoking defendant's probation. IT IS ORDERED committing defendant to the custody of Bureau of Prisons for a term of TIME SERVED. Following incarceration, defendant shall serve a term of supervised release for thirty-six (36) months under the standard conditions adopted in General Order 05-36, with the following special conditions: 1. You shall participate as instructed by the probation officer in a program of substance abuse treatment which may include testing for substance abuse. Treatment shall be out of custody

treatment. You shall contribute to the cost of treatment in an amount to be determined by the probation officer.

If deported, you shall not re-enter the United States without legal authorization.

You shall submit your person, property (including but not limited to computer, electronic devices, and storage media), residence, office, or vehicle to a search conducted by a probation officer, at a reasonable time and in a reasonable manner.

You shall provide the probation officer access to any requested financial information.

The defendant shall maintain full-time employment as directed by the probation officer.

You are prohibited from owning, maintaining or using a firearm.

You shall abstain from all use of alcohol or alcoholic beverages and no non-prescribed medication.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding the defendant to the custody of United States Marshal for incarceration. Defendant advised of right to appeal.
