The Court has considered the U.S. Sentencing Commission Chapter Seven policy statements as well as the original guideline range and the report and attachments. IT IS ORDERED committing defendant to the custody of Bureau of Prisons for a term of TIME SERVED. treatment. You shall contribute to the cost of treatment in an amount to be determined by the probation officer.

If deported, you shall not re-enter the United States without legal authorization.

You shall submit your person, property (including but not limited to computer, electronic devices, and storage media), residence, office, or vehicle to a search conducted by a probation officer, at a reasonable time and in a reasonable manner.

You shall provide the probation officer access to any requested financial information.

The defendant shall maintain full-time employment as directed by the probation officer.

You are prohibited from owning, maintaining or using a firearm.

You shall abstain from all use of alcohol or alcoholic beverages and no non-prescribed medication.

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED remanding the defendant to the custody of United States Marshal for incarceration. Defendant advised of right to appeal.
