On May 5, 2005, Magistrate Judge Anderson issued an Order styled "Findings and
U Recommendation ofthe Magistrate Judge Upon a Plea of Guilty." In the Order, he
18 recommends to the District Court that this Judge accept the Defendant's plea of guilty,
19 subject to the Cou1t‘s acceptance of the Plea Agreement. The Court having reviewed this
2 O matter de novo, and no objections having been filed pursuant to 28 USC § 636(b)(l), finds
2 1 that it will accept the Recommendation of Magistrate Judge Anderson.

23 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED accepting the Def`enda1it's plea of guilty.
24 IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the plea agreement will not be accepted or
2 5 rejected at this time but the matter will be referred to the Probation Office for report and
