15 Upon motion of the defendant, with no objection by the government, and good
16 cause appearing therefore,
17 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the defendant’s Motion to Continue
18 Sentencing is granted pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h)(8)(A) and (1)(I). This Court
19 specifically finds that the ends of justice served by granting a continuance outweigh the
20 best interest of the public and the defendant in a speedy trial. This finding is based
21 upon the court’s conclusion that the failure to grant such a continuance would deny the
22 defendant the reasonable time necessary for effective preparation, taking into account
23 the exercise of due diligence. 18 U.S.C. § 3161(h)(8)(B)(iv).
