16 Before the Court is Respondent's "Response in Opposition to Motion to
17 Vacate, Set Aside or Correct Sentence Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255" tiled July 20,
18 2005. In their response, Respondent contends that Movant knowingly, intelligently,
19 and voluntarily waived his right to appeal or collaterally attack his sentence.
20 Respondent further argues that no basis exists for Movant's ineffective assistance
21 of counsel claims. Accordingly,
22 IT IS ORDERED that Petitioner file, within 30 days of the tiling of this Order,
23 a reply to Respondenfs contentions.
