MOTION TO EXONERATE BOND

Jesse Alvarez-Robledo, through counsel requests this court to order his bond be exonerated, and that the lien on the property used to secure his attendance be released. As security for his bond, Mr. Alvarez-Robledo's parents signed and submitted an Agreement to Forfeit Property for properly described as Lot 101, of SANGUINETTI MANOR UNIT NO. 2, according to the plat of record in the office of the County Recorder of Yuma County, Arizona, recorded in Book 3 of Plats, page 96 with an address of 2157 S. 8 th Avenue, Yuma, Arizona, 85364. The case has since resolved through Mr. Alvarez-Robledo's sentencing on December 8, 2005, with Mr. Alvarez-Robledo attending all required court appearances. Mr AlvarezRobledo was granted a term of probation. Assistant U.S. Attorney John Boyle does not oppose this request to exonerate bond and release the lien on the property.
