DISCUSSION The Court, having reviewed de novo the Defendant-Movant's Motion to Set Aside the Sentence (Dkt. 24), the Government's Response (Dkt. 34), and the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation (Dkt. 37), adopts in full the Report and Recommendation and incorporates the same as a part of this Order. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED adopting the Report and Recommendation of the Magistrate Judge filed December 2, 2005 (Dkt. 37). IT IS FURTHER ORDERED denying Defendant-Movant's Motion to Vacate, Set Aside or Correct Sentence (Dkt. 24). DATED this 27th day of January, 2006.
