15 moves this court for an order allowing additional funds for services rendered by several
16 interpreters. The defendant is a Spanish—speaking individual and it is necessary to have
17 interpreting services for communication purposes.

As a result of the additional services the maximum statutory l1m1t of $300.00, has

now been exhausted. Therefore, it is requested that an order be entered allowing
20
additional funds in the amount of $744.00, for interpreting services. (See attached CJA

22 vouchers submitted by several interpreters)
23 Excludable delay under 18 U.S.C. §3 l61(h)(1)(F) will occur as a result of this
24 motion or an order based thereon.
