United States of America, Plaintiff, No. CR 04-1018-PHX-JAT MOTION TO CONTINUE SENTENCING (Second Request) (Unopposed) IN THE UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURT FOR THE DISTRICT OF ARIZONA

Bella Ben-Henry, through undersigned counsel, respectfully requests that

16 this Court continue her sentencing hearing for 30 days from the current date of June 17 12, 2006. The reason for this continuance is to allow defense counsel additional time 18 to prepare for sentencing. Counsel has been unable to finish collecting all the 19 documentation needed to present at sentencing. In addition, Daniel Drake, the 20 Assistant U.S. Attorney assigned to this case, will be in San Francisco at an oral 21 argument before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals on the presently scheduled 22 sentencing date. Accordingly, Mr. Drake has no objection to the relief requested 23 herein. 24 Undersigned counsel has attempted to contact U.S. Probation Officer 25 Carlos Valentín regarding this motion, but Mr. Valentín was out of the office. 26 . . . 27 . . . 28 . . .
