Defendant Jeremiah Wayne Johnson moves this Court for an order continuing the sentencing date presently set for January 23rd, 2006 for 60 days. Counsel needs additional time to prepare for sentencing, and because the presentence report is not yet ready. Assistant U.S. Attorney Ann Birmingham Scheel has no objection to this request. Excludable delay under 18 U.S.C. §3161(h)(1)(F) and (8)(A) will occur as a result of this motion or from an order based thereon. RESPECTFULLY SUBMITTED this 19th day of January, 2006.
