This finding is based upon the Court's conclusion that the failure to grant such a continuance would deny the Defendant the reasonable time necessary for effective preparation for trial, taking into account the exercise of due diligence. Excludable time under Title 18 U.S.C. ยงยง 3161(h)(1)(A), (1)(F) and (8)(A) will commence on October 3, 2006 for a period of 64 days. DATED this 25th day of September, 2006.
