allegations that he violated Standard Conditions #3 and #7, and Special Conditions #4 and #7 of his

conditions of supervised release. The Court finds the defendant has violated the terms and
18
conditions of supervised release and has considered the U.S. Sentencing Commission Chapter 7
19
policy statements as well as the original guideline range. The Court finds Defendant's behavior
20
warrants a sanction within the provisions of the Chapter 7 policy statements. Accordingly,
21
IT IS THE JUDGMENT OF THIS COURT THAT defendant's supervised release is
22
REVOKED.

IT IS ORDERED committing defendant to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons for a term
24
of Fourteen (14) months, to run concurrently with the sentence imposed in CR04-50144-PHX-
25
ROS, to be followed by a term of Thirty-Six (36) months of Supervised Release. Within
26 72 hours of release from custody of the Bureau of Prisons, you shall report in person to the 27 Probation Office in the district to which you are released. While on supervised release, you 28
