A Petition for Revocation of Supervised Release has been filed and defendant has admitted the allegations that he violated Standard Condition #9 of his conditions of supervised release. The Court finds the defendant has violated the terms and conditions of supervised release and has considered the US Sentencing Commission Chapter Seven policy statements as well as the original guideline range. The Court finds defendant's supervised release should be reinstated. Accordingly, IT IS ORDERED reinstating the defendant, Randall Lee Beckwith, on supervised release from the original date of commencement. In addition to the previously imposed standard conditions adopted in General Order 04-11, the following special conditions are imposed: 1. 2. You shall possess no firearms, explosive devices, or other dangerous weapons. You shall submit to search of your person or property conducted in a reasonable manner and at a reasonable time, by or at the direction of the probation officer.

You shall report all vehicles which you own, operate, or have an interest therein, to the Probation Department.

You shall participate in a program of drug and alcohol treatment including urinalysis testing and counseling as directed by the probation officer.

You shall participate in a mental health program as directed by the probation officer. You shall make restitution in the amount of $3,382.00, as originally ordered in the District of Utah in what is now known as 04CR00143-001-PHX-ROS, and payments are ordered to begin six years after date of judgment.

You shall participate in a Home Detention Program with Electronic Monitoring for up to 120 days. Defendant is advised of his right to appeal DATED this 17th day of October, 2005.
