On December 13, 2005, Defendants filed their Motion for Summary Judgment (#41). The Court directed Plaintiff to respond by February 27, 2006. (Order 12/22/5, #43.) To date, Plaintiff has not responded. Plaintiff is cautioned that failure to respond may be deemed consent to the granting of the motion. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Plaintiff shall have ten days from the filing of this Order to respond to Defendants Motion for Summary Judgment, filed December 13, 2005 (#43).
