Pending before the Court is the parties' Stipulated Motion to Extend Discovery Deadlines [Doc. No. 33]. The parties having agreed and good cause appearing therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the all discovery including any hearings regarding discovery disputes shall be completed on or before May 15, 2006. This is the parties' second stipulation to extend the discovery deadline. Accordingly, NO FURTHER EXTENSIONS WILL BE GRANTED. DATED this 28th day of November, 2005.
