16 L.R. Civ. 7.3, move for an order to extend the discovery deadline set for December 15, 2005, in
17 the Rule 16 Scheduling Order, through May 15, 2006, to allow each party an opportunity to
18 complete discovery that can not be completed prior to the current discovery deadline.
19 Counsel for Market Finders Insurance has advised that he consents to this extension. A
20 proposed Order is attached.
21 Counsel certify and agree that this second request for extending the time frames is made
22 in good faith, will not prejudice the respective parties, and is not made for the purpose of delay.
23 Counsel further certifies that no further requests for extension of the deadline for the completion
24 of document and deposition discovery will be made.
