The Final Pretrial Conference is set for October 27, 2006, ten (10) weeks from the due date of the Joint Pretrial Order, August 18, 2006. The parties, Plaintiff Lane Sennett ("Plaintiff") and Defendant Workhorse Custom Chassis ("Workhorse"), have agreed to amend the scheduling order. Therefore, the parties stipulate to and move to amend the scheduling order and have the Joint Pre-Trial Order, and all other pleadings required in the Joint Pretrial Order, due August 25, 2006.
