17 I Pursuant to the Court’s July 7, 2005 ruling on plaintiff DIRECTV, Inc.’s Motion
18 t for Entry of Default Judgment as to defendant Jeffery Taylor, the Court finds as follows:
19 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff DIRECTV, Inc. is awarded judgment on
20 its claims against defendant as follows: _
21 (l) Plaintiff is awarded a money judgment against defendant in the principal
22 sum of $1,000.00 on p1aintiff’ s first cause of action. _
23 (2) Plaintiff is awarded a money judgment against defendant in the principal
24 sum of $230,000.00 on plaintiff s second cause of action
25 (3) Plaintiff s third cause of action is dismissed with prejudice. =
26 l (3) Plaintiffs fourth cause of action is dismissed with prejudice. Accordingly,
27 1 this case is now decided as to all claims and all parties. I
28 7 (4) Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961, plaintiff is awarded post-judgment _
