16 Pursuant to the Court’s June 21, 2005 Order ruling on plaintiff DIRECTV, Inc.’s
I7 Motion for Entry 0f Default Judgment as to defendant Dennis Smrzlich:
18 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that plaintiff DIRECTV, Inc. is awarded judgment on
19 its claims against defendant Dennis Smrzlich, as follows:
20 (1) Plaintiff is awarded a money judgment against defendant in the principal
21 sum of $1,000.00 on plaintiffs first cause of action.
22 ( (2) Plaintiffs second cause of action is dismissed with prejudice.
23 (3) Plaintiff is awarded judgment against defendant as to plaintiffs third cause
24 of action, but the Court awards no statutory damages on this count. Plaintiff
25 is awarded judgment enj cining defendant to deliver up to plaintiffs all

1 . devices used by him or usable to receive DIRECTV’s satellite programming
2 without payment of fees.
3 I (4) Plaintiff s fourth cause of action is. dismissed with prejudice. Accordingly,
4 this case is now decided as to all claims and all parties.
5 (5) Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961, plaintiff is awarded post-judgment interest at
6 the rate of per annum &om date of the entry of judgment until the
7 I judgment is satisfied.
8 (6) IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that plaintiff is the prevailing party in this
9 matter and is awarded in attorneys’ fees and costs against
10 defendant related to the prosecution of this action against defen
