23 Motion to Withdraw from Representation ("Motion to Withdraw") (Dkt. 61). Pursuant 24 to a status conference on July 2, 2008, 25

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion to Withdraw (Dkt. 61) is granted;

26 Plaintiff shall proceed pro se. 27

IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Seplow forward Plaintiff's case file to

28 Plaintiff within 20 days of the date of this Order.
