No. 68], filed with this Court on December 20, 2005, and good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Final Pretrial Conference scheduled for May 16, 2006 at 4:00 p.m. is VACATED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall file a stipulated motion for dismissal with prejudice no later than Monday, January 23, 2006. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a settlement status hearing is set for Wednesday, February 8, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. Should the parties file the stipulated motion for dismissal by January 23, 2006, the settlement status hearing will be vacated.
