No. 70], filed with this Court on December 28, 2005, and good cause appearing, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that this case is dismissed with prejudice, all parties to bear their own costs and attorney's fees. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the settlement status hearing set for Wednesday, February 8, 2006 at 10:00 a.m. is VACATED. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that any and all other pending motions, hearings and/or other matters before this Court, related to and/or arising from this case, are hereby VACATED.
