15 The Court has received the parties’ Stipulated Motion to Amend Case Management
16 Order, tiled April 1, 2005 (Doc. #112). Because ofthe complexity of this case and the fact
17 that a new case management schedule was put in place on October 6, 2004, as a result of
18 consolidation of the actions, the Court will grant additional time to complete discovery and
19 iile dispositive motions. The parties should be on notice, however, that the Court views this
20 extension as providing suiiicient time to complete pre—t1ial preparation. The Court will not
21 be inclined to grant additional extensions absent truly extraordinary circumstances.
22 IT IS ORDERED:
23 l. The deadline for completion of fact discovery shall be extended to
24 September 30, 2005.
25 2. Plaintiffs shall provide full and complete expert disclosures as required by Rule (_/t%`@
26 26(a)(2)(A)-(C) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure no later than July 22, 2005.
27 3. Defendants shall provide full and complete expert disclosures as required b
28 Rule 26(a)(2)(A)-(C) no later than August 19, 2005.

l 4. Rebuttal expert disclosures, if any, shall be made no later than
