26 Plaintiff Meadowlark Lemon's Third Supplemental Disclosure Statement dated

28 November 3, 2005. The disclosure of new witnesses, after the close of discovery,

l violates the Court’s April 8, 2005 Order, the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, and

controlling law limiting the use of character witnesses. This Motion is supported
