Defendants Harlem Globetrotters International, Inc., Harlem Globetrotters International Foundation and Mannie & Catherine Jackson move for summary disposition of their motion for summary judgment filed October 28, 2005 (Docket No. 194). The response was due November 28, 2005. Defendant Meadowlark Lemon has filed no response. "Such non-compliance may be deemed a consent to the denial or granting of the motion and the Court may dispose of the motion summarily." LRCiv 2.7(i). The codefendants have purported to file a joinder in the non-existent response of Defendant Lemon. This "joinder" should be stricken and the motion granted against the codefendants as well.
